Regulation of the size of required reserves
1.7. Regulation of the size of mandatory reserves to be deposited with the Bank of Russia (hereinafter - regulation of the size of mandatory reserves) is carried out monthly by the authorized institution of the Bank of Russia.
The authorized institution of the Bank of Russia carries out regulation of the size of mandatory reserves in order to ensure that the actual amount of mandatory reserves deposited by a credit organization on reserve accounts corresponds to the calculated value of mandatory reserves, including conducting recalculation of mandatory reserves for the reporting period and based on the results of checks on compliance by credit organizations with mandatory reserve requirements (hereinafter - checks), as well as carrying out control over the performance by the credit organization of its obligation to average mandatory reserves
