22) notice of initiation of circulation of alcoholic products within the territory of the Russian Federation - a document containing the date of the first delivery of alcoholic products of a specified name onto the territory of the Russian Federation, description of their characteristics and properties, production processes, manufacturing control, storage, transportation, sale, disposal, marking of alcoholic products, submitted to the federal executive authority authorized by the Government of the Russian Federation in accordance with the technical regulation. Information contained in the notice of initiation of circulation of alcoholic products within the territory of the Russian Federation
