Guardianship


2) guardianship - a form of placement for citizens under the age of fourteen to eighteen years and citizens whose capacity has been limited by court order, whereby citizens appointed by the guardianship and custody authority (guardians) are obliged to provide assistance to minor wards in the exercise of their rights and the fulfillment of their obligations, protect minor wards from abuses by third parties, as well as obtain consent from adult wards before they perform certain actions in accordance with Article 30 of the Russian Civil Code;
