Foster family
1. A foster family is deemed to be guardianship or custody of a child or children, carried out under a foster family agreement concluded between the guardianship and custody authority and the foster parents or a foster parent, for a period specified in this agreement.

foster family - a form of placing orphans and children left without parental care, based on an agreement for the placement of a child (children) for upbringing in a family between guardianship and custody authorities and foster parents (spouses or individual citizens wishing to take children into their family for upbringing);
