Technical Client
22) technical client - an individual acting on a professional basis, or a legal entity authorized by the developer and acting on behalf of the developer to enter into contracts for the performance of engineering surveys, preparation of project documentation, construction, reconstruction, and capital repairs of capital construction objects, prepare assignments for the performance of the aforementioned types of work, and provide individuals or entities conducting engineering surveys and (or) preparing project documentation, construction, reconstruction, or capital repairs of capital construction objects with materials and documents,
necessary for performing the aforementioned types of work, approve project documentation, sign documents required to obtain a permit for commissioning a capital construction object into operation, perform other functions provided by this Code. The developer has the right to perform the functions of the technical client independently
