Plans for evaluation and use of results of intellectual activity
l) "plans for the evaluation and use of results of intellectual property" - specific plans of participants in joint activities regarding the performance of joint activities or joint research, their respective rights and obligations, in which with regard to intellectual property, in particular, are determined:
the order of distribution and use of rights to jointly created intellectual property, including for scientific and research purposes, its dissemination, including agreements on joint publications;
rights and obligations of researchers and scientists;
the respective contributions of the Parties or participants in joint activities, including prior intellectual property;
the procedure for licensing and transferring the results of scientific research;
