Kazakhstani representatives
f) "Kazakhstani representatives" - natural persons serving in the state service of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and (or) natural and (or) legal entities authorized by the Kazakhstani Party or its competent authorities and designated organizations referred to in paragraphs 1-3 of article 5 of this Agreement, to carry out joint activities concerning controlled items and technologies, including any duly authorized representatives of the Kazakhstani Party, Kazakhstani consignees, their employees, representatives, contractors or subcontractors who participate in joint activities concerning controlled items and technologies and (or) have or may have access to controlled items and technologies and are under the jurisdiction and (or) control of the Republic of Kazakhstan in connection with the issuance in the Republic of Kazakhstan of export (import) licenses and (or) the granting by the Kazakhstani Party of other permits;
