Russian representatives
y) "Russian representatives" - natural persons serving in the state service of the Russian Federation, and (or) natural and (or) legal entities authorized by the Russian Party or its competent authorities and designated organizations referred to in paragraphs 1-3 of article 5 of this Agreement, to carry out joint activities concerning controlled items and technologies, including any duly authorized representatives of the Russian Party, Russian consignors, their employees, representatives, contractors or subcontractors who participate in joint activities concerning controlled items and technologies and (or) have or may have access to controlled items and technologies and are under the jurisdiction and (or) control of the Russian Federation in connection with the issuance in the Russian Federation of export (import) licenses and (or) the granting by the Russian Party of other permits;
