Waste Disposal Facility
6. "Disposal facility" means any facility that is constructed, modified, or operated under this Agreement, or on which disposable plutonium, spent plutonium fuel, or immobilized forms are stored, processed, or otherwise used, including conversion/conversion/mixing facilities, fuel fabrication facilities, immobilization facilities, nuclear reactors, and storage facilities (other than those storage facilities specified in section III of the appendix "Quantity, Forms, Location, and Disposal Methods").
