Fishing activities
(i) "fishing activities" means:
(i) the actual carrying out or attempt to search for, catch, take, or harvest fishery resources;
(ii) participation in any activity that, according to reasonable expectations, may lead to the discovery, catching, taking, or harvesting of these resources for any purpose;
(iii) processing of these resources at sea and the loading of these resources at sea or in port; and
(iv) any action at sea directly in support of or for preparation for any activity mentioned above in points (i)-(iii), except for any action relating to emergencies concerning the health and safety of crew members or the safety of fishing vessels;
