Fish Resources
(h) "fish resources" means all fish, mollusks, crustaceans and other marine species caught by fishing vessels in the Convention Area, excluding:
(i) sedentary species to the extent that they are subject to the sovereign rights of coastal states under paragraph 4 of Article 77 of the 1982 Convention, and indicator species of vulnerable marine ecosystems listed or agreed upon in accordance with paragraph 5 of Article 13 of this Convention;
(ii) catadromous species;
(iii) marine mammals, marine reptiles and marine birds; as well as
(iv) other marine species covered by existing international instruments relating to fisheries regulation within the scope of application of such instruments;
