Import Procedure
k) "import procedure" - the performance by the importer of actions in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable in each of the Parties' states when importing live marine resources onto the territory of the Parties' states, including the submission to competent authorities authorized to handle customs clearance of live marine resources of permits or documents.
