f) Belarusian representatives - natural persons serving in the state service of the Republic of Belarus, and (or) natural and (or) legal entities authorized by the Belarusian Party and (or) its competent or authorized body (authorized bodies) to carry out joint activities concerning protected items and technologies, including any duly authorized representatives of the Belarusian Party and (or) competent and (or) authorized body (authorized bodies) of the Belarusian Party, Belarusian consignees appointed by organizations, their employees, representatives, contractors or subcontractors who participate in joint activities concerning protected items and technologies and (or) have or may have access to protected items and technologies in connection with the issuance in the Republic of Belarus of export (import) licenses and (or) the granting by the Belarusian Party of other permits;
