Representatives of the third state
h) representatives of the third state - natural persons who are employed in the government service of the third state, and (or) natural and (or) legal persons authorized by the government of the third state and (or) a governmental body of the third state to carry out joint activities concerning protected articles and technologies in accordance with agreements and understandings provided for in paragraph 2 of section 1 of Appendix 1 to this Agreement, which is an integral part thereof, including any duly authorized representatives of the third state who participate in joint activities concerning protected articles and technologies and (or) have or may have access to protected articles and technologies, are under the jurisdiction and (or) control of the third state;
