1) automotive and motorcycle vehicles:
passenger cars and other motor vehicles, primarily intended for the transportation of people, classified in commodity position 8703 of the Unified Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity of the Customs Union (hereinafter - HS CODE CU), except those specified in the third paragraph of this sub-item (hereinafter - cars);
quads, snowmobiles and other passenger vehicles classified in commodity position 8703 of the HS CODE CU, not intended for movement on public roads; motorcycles, mopeds, motor scooters classified in commodity position 8711 of the HS CODE CU;
motor vehicles for transporting no more than 12 persons, including the driver, classified in commodity position 8702 of the HS CODE CU, motor vehicles for cargo transportation with a gross weight up to 5 tons, classified in commodity positions 8704 21 and 8704 31 of the HS CODE CU;
