Personnel of formations
"personnel of formations" (hereinafter also referred to as persons forming part of the formations) - military personnel, employees of security and special services agencies, internal affairs (police), internal troops, organs authorized in the field of prevention and elimination of consequences of emergency situations, as well as persons working in military units, organizations and institutions designated by the Parties, or temporarily seconded to the composition of coalition and/or regional (combined) grouping of forces (means);
