Written Notice


4. - For the purposes of this Convention:
(a) a written notice may be unsigned, but it must necessarily indicate who has composed it or on whose behalf;
(b) "written notice" includes telegrams, telexes and any other forms of communication that can be reproduced in document form;
(c) a written notice is deemed to have been presented if it has been received by the addressee.
