17) notice - a document confirming procurement (including for own use), supply, transportation of ethyl alcohol (including denatured alcohol), non-bottled spirit-containing products with ethanol content exceeding 25 percent by volume of the finished product, the presence of which is mandatory for an organization conducting procurement, supply, or transportation of the aforementioned products;
