Revenue from copyright and licenses
2. The term "royalties and licensing income" as used in this article means payments of any kind received as compensation for the use or granting of the right to use any copyright in literary, artistic, or scientific works, including cinematographic films and recordings for television and radio broadcasting, for the use or granting of the right to use any patent, trademark, design, model, plan, secret formula or process, any computer program, for the use or granting of the right to use industrial, commercial, or scientific equipment, or for information relating to industrial, commercial, or scientific experience.
