Ethiopia
c) the term "Ethiopia" means the territory of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and when used in a geographical sense means national territory and any other territory which, in accordance with international law and Ethiopian legislation, is defined or may be defined as a territory where Ethiopia exercises sovereign rights or jurisdiction;
