Persons who have lost their breadwinners
f) the term "persons who have lost their breadwinner" means persons determined or recognized as such under legislation in accordance with which benefits are granted; in cases where this legislation considers only persons living with the deceased as having lost their breadwinner, this condition is deemed to be fulfilled with respect to persons who were in his or her care;
