Allowances
p) the term "benefits" means any pensions and benefits in kind or in cash provided for the relevant insurance cases, including death benefits, as well as
i). benefits in kind aimed at preventing any insurance cases covered by social security, physical and professional rehabilitation;
ii). pensions and cash benefits, all their components paid from state funds, and all allowances, periodic increases and additional amounts, as well as any payments intended to maintain or expand the possibility of earning income, lump-sum benefits which may be paid instead of pensions, and, if necessary, any payments made as reimbursement of contributions;
