Labor Trafficking


c) 'slave trade' includes and comprises all acts relating to the capture, acquisition of any person or disposal of them with a view to their enslavement; all acts relating to the acquisition of a slave with a view to his sale or exchange; all acts of sale or exchange of a person acquired for that purpose, and in general any act of trade or transportation of slaves by whatever means of transport.
