Duration of working time

a) the term "working time" means the period during which those persons are at the disposal of the employer or other persons who have the right to require their services, or during which owners of transport vehicles or members of their families are engaged in performing work at their own expense related to the transport vehicle, its passengers or cargo, and this working time consists of:
i). time devoted to work performed during the operation of the transport vehicle;
ii). time spent on performing auxiliary work;
iii). periods of standby (duty);
iv). intermediate rest periods or breaks in work, the permissible duration of which is established by the competent authority;
