3) information security in the State Automated Information System "Elections" - the state of protection of information in the State Automated Information System "Elections" from unauthorized access to this information, as well as from violations of the operation of software and hardware means for collecting, processing, accumulating, storing, searching, and transmitting information in the State Automated Information System "Elections", or from disruption of these means, ensured by a set of measures and means of information protection;
