Protected Natural Areas (PNAs)
Land areas, water surfaces, and airspace above them where natural complexes and objects possessing special environmental protection, scientific, cultural, aesthetic, recreational, and health-improving significance are located, excluded by decisions of state authorities completely or partially from economic use, for which a special protection regime has been established. Territorial areas with natural objects located there having special nature conservation, scientific, cultural, aesthetic, recreational, and health-improving significance, on which, in accordance with legislation, a special protection regime has been established: national park, natural park, natural-historical park, natural reserve, natural monument, city forest or forest park, water protection zone, and other categories of specially protected natural territories;
