Права на совместные изобретения
3. The rights to joint inventions, industrial and utility models include:
a) the right to ensure legal protection and use of these inventions, industrial and utility models within their own country in accordance with national legislation;
b) the right to ensure legal protection of these inventions, industrial and utility models in countries where such rights do not belong;
c) the right to export products manufactured using these inventions, industrial and utility models;
(g) the right to transfer these inventions, industrial and utility models to countries which do not have rights over inventions and samples. Such a transfer may be carried out on a gratuitous basis or under conditions of reimbursement of a certain portion of development costs, or through licensing agreements on a commercial basis.
The rights provided in subpoints "b", "c" and "d" of this paragraph may be used only by mutual agreement between competent organizations of the Agreement member states having rights over joint inventions, industrial and utility models, or in accordance with documents regulating the activities of relevant international organizations and collectives.
