Project Participant
A project participant is an organization that has been granted the status of a project participant for conducting research, developments and commercialization of their results in accordance with Federal Law No. 244-FZ dated September 28, 2010 "On the Skolkovo Innovation Center" (hereinafter - participants of the project)1.
A project participant is a Russian legal entity, individual entrepreneur, or foreign legal entity, individual entrepreneur established and registered in accordance with the legislation of a member state of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (hereinafter - OECD member) that has concluded an agreement on the implementation of the project with the managing company (hereinafter - agreement) and is carrying out activities related to the implementation of the project within the territory of the international medical cluster (lost effect as of 2019-07-26)2.
