Russian legal entity


A Russian legal entity is a legal entity controlled by the Russian Federation, and (or) a subject of the Russian Federation, and (or) a municipal formation, and (or) a citizen of the Russian Federation who does not hold citizenship of another state, and (or) entities controlled jointly or individually by them1.
