Agreement on the Development of Territory for the Purpose of Constructing Standard Housing
Territory Development Agreement for the Purpose of Constructing Standard Housing — A Territory Development Agreement for the Purpose of Constructing Standard Housing is concluded by an executive body of state authority or a local self-government body authorized to provide a land plot owned by the state or municipality for territory development in order to construct standard housing in accordance with this agreement, with the winner of the auction for the right to conclude this agreement or a person entitled to conclude this agreement in accordance with paragraphs 24 - 27 of article 46.7 of this Code1.
A land development agreement for the purpose of constructing standard housing — is concluded by an executive body of state authority or a local self-government body authorized to provide a land plot owned by the state or municipal property for land development in order to construct standard housing in accordance with this agreement, with the winner of the auction for the right to conclude this agreement or with a person entitled to conclude this agreement in accordance with paragraphs 24 - 27 of article 46-7 of this Code (hereinafter in this article — the person who concluded the land development agreement for the purpose of constructing standard housing)2.
