Official Discipline
Service discipline refers to the observance by an employee of internal affairs organs of the rules established by Russian Federation legislation, the Oath of an employee of internal affairs organs of the Russian Federation, the disciplinary regulations of internal affairs organs of the Russian Federation, the contract, orders and directives of the head of a federal executive authority in the field of internal affairs, as well as orders and directives of direct and immediate superiors (chiefs) regarding the order and rules for performing official duties and exercising granted rights1.
