Winner of the competition
The winner of the competition - the winner of the competition is considered to be the participant who has offered the best conditions, which are determined by comparing the conditions proposed in the participation applications submitted by the participants 1.
The winner of the competition - is considered to be the participant of the procurement who has offered the best conditions for contract performance and whose application for participation in the procurement meets the requirements established in the notice on the conduct of the procurement, and the procurement documentation (in cases where the current Federal law provides for procurement documentation) 2.
