Participant of procurement
4) participant of procurement - any legal entity regardless of its organizational and legal form, ownership structure, location, and place of origin of capital, except for a legal entity whose registration location is a state or territory included in the list of states and territories approved in accordance with paragraph 1 of paragraph 3 of Article 284 of the Russian Federation Tax Code, providing preferential tax regime(s) and/or not requiring disclosure and provision of information during financial operations (offshore zones) concerning legal entities (hereinafter referred to as an offshore company), or any individual, including those registered as an individual entrepreneur;
