The reliability indicator, quality, energy efficiency — indicators used for monitoring the performance of the concessionaire's obligations to create and (or) reconstruct objects under the concession agreement, implementation of the investment program, production program by the organization providing hot water supply, cold water supply and (or) wastewater removal, as well as for the purposes of tariff regulation1.
