Utilitarian Digital Rights
Utilitarian digital rights — digital rights that confirm the right to demand the provision of a thing (things), except for the right to demand the provision of a thing (things) specified (specified) in paragraph 20 of article 7 of this Federal law, the right to demand the provision of exclusive rights to the results of intellectual activity and (or) usage rights to the results of intellectual activity, the right to demand performance of works and (or) provision of services, if they are initially placed as digital rights on the basis of a decision on the issuance of digital rights and their placement was carried out by the operator of the information system in which the issuance of digital financial assets is conducted1.
