Objects of Control
Objects of control are the activities, actions (inaction) by local government bodies and local government officials when exercising powers to address issues directly related to ensuring the livelihoods of the population, as assigned to local government bodies by Federal Law No. 33-FZ dated March 20, 2025 "On General Principles of Local Self-Government in a Unified System of Public Authority," as well as the results of such activities, actions (inaction), expressed in ensuring compliance with requirements established by federal laws and other normative legal acts of the Russian Federation, as well as laws and other normative legal acts of the subjects of the Russian Federation1.
