Intended Use
The intended purpose — these funds have a strictly defined purpose and may be used only for the payment of insurance premiums in connection with the implementation of insurance against the risk of liability for causing damage to subjects of the electricity industry and consumers of electric energy, and the risk of liability for breach of service agreements on operational dispatch control in the power industry and agreements on technological interaction aimed at ensuring the reliable operation of the Unified Energy System of Russia1.
