Field inspection of the applicant's and accredited body's compliance with accreditation criteria


Field inspection of the applicant and accredited entity's compliance with accreditation criteria — a set of activities involving the examination of the applicant and accredited entity at the location or locations where they carry out their activities in the field of accreditation, conducted by an expert group formed by the national accreditation body during the conformity assessment of the applicant and accredited entity against accreditation criteria, and following which an inspection report or an expert report is prepared (ceased to be in force as of 2020-12-08)1.
