State Radio and Television Organizations and Periodical Print Publications

State television and radio broadcasting organizations and periodical print publications — television and radio broadcasting organizations and periodical print publications, the founders (co-founders) of which or the founders (co-founders) of their editorial offices on the day of official publication (publication) of the decision on the appointment of elections to the State Duma are state bodies and organizations, and (or) which, during the year preceding the day of official publication (publication) of the decision on the appointment of elections, were allocated budgetary appropriations from the federal budget or the budget of a subject of the Russian Federation for their operation (including in the form of subsidies), and (or) in whose charter (paid-in) capital on the day of official publication (publication) of the decision on the appointment of elections there is a share (contribution) of the Russian Federation and (or) a subject (subjects) of the Russian Federation1.
