State Radio and Television Organizations

State radio and television organizations — radio and television broadcasting organizations and periodical printed publications, the founders (co-founders) of which or the founders (co-founders) of their editorial offices on the day of official publication (publication) of the decision to hold elections, official publication (publication) of the decision to hold a referendum are state bodies and organizations, and (or) which received state support in the form of subsidies and (or) grants for their operation from the funds of the federal budget, the budget of a subject of the Russian Federation, and (or) on the day of official publication (publication) of the decision to hold elections, official publication (publication) of the decision to hold a referendum there is a share (contribution) of the Russian Federation and (or) subjects (subjects) of the Russian Federation1.
