Voluntary legal relations under compulsory social insurance in the event of temporary incapacity for work
Voluntary insurance relationships under compulsory social insurance in the event of temporary incapacity for work are relationships that arise between the insurer and the insured person based on the insured person's application, in which the insured person undertakes the obligation to pay insurance premiums to the insurer under voluntary insurance relationships under compulsory social insurance in the event of temporary incapacity for work in the amount and manner established by this Federal Law, while the insurer is obliged to provide the insured person with insurance benefits in the form of a benefit payment for temporary incapacity for work upon the occurrence of an insurance event in the amount and manner established by this Federal Law1.
