Insurance event under voluntary relations in compulsory social insurance in case of temporary incapacity for work


An insurance event under voluntary relations in the compulsory social insurance against temporary incapacity for work is deemed to be the temporary incapacity of the insured person due to illness or injury and in other cases provided for by paragraph 1 of Article 5 of the Federal Law of December 29, 2006, No. 255-FZ "On Compulsory Social Insurance against Temporary Incapacity for Work and in Connection with Motherhood"1.

An insurance event under voluntary relations in the compulsory social insurance against temporary incapacity for work is a completed event, upon occurrence of which the insurer's obligation to provide insurance benefits arises2.
