Digital platform


Digital platform — an information system, and (or) a website in the information and telecommunication network "Internet", and (or) software for electronic computing machines, providing technical, organizational, informational and other opportunities for interaction of an unlimited number of persons, including for the purposes of exchanging information and its dissemination, sale of goods, performance of works, provision of services1;

Digital platform — is recognized as an intermediary digital platform from the moment of inclusion in the register of intermediary digital platforms by the federal executive authority authorized by the Government of the Russian Federation to maintain such a register2.
