Digital intermediary platform


Digital intermediary platform — a digital platform that ensures interaction between the operator, partners and users for the purpose of concluding civil law agreements, providing technical capabilities for placing orders and (or) product, service, or work cards, performing transactions, and enabling user payment of goods, services, or works in favor of the partner, meeting additional criteria established on the basis of paragraph 4 of article 4 of this Federal Law, and included in the register of digital intermediary platforms in accordance with paragraph 2 of article 4 of this Federal Law1.
