Organization with State Participation


State-participated organization — a Russian legal entity (excluding a state institution or a state unitary enterprise), the founder of which is the Russian Federation and/or a subject of the Russian Federation, and/or in whose charter capital the share (contribution, number of shares) of the Russian Federation and/or a subject of the Russian Federation constitutes more than fifty percent, and/or with respect to which the Russian Federation and/or a subject of the Russian Federation has the right directly or indirectly to manage more than fifty percent of the total number of votes attributable to voting shares (shares), making up the charter capital of such legal entity, strategic joint-stock company included in the list of strategic enterprises and strategic joint-stock companies approved by the President of the Russian Federation, as well as a subsidiary commercial company of such legal entity or company, in which such legal entity or company has the right directly or indirectly to manage more than fifty percent of the total number of votes attributable to voting shares (portions) making up the charter capital of the aforementioned subsidiary joint-stock company1.
