Regional State Control
Regional state control refers to the monitoring of the activities of authorized executive bodies of the subjects of the Russian Federation and authorized local self-government bodies in assessing the efficiency of traffic organization, including the monitoring of traffic organization on regional or intermunicipal, local significance roads, assessing the conformity of actual traffic parameters to those established as characterizing traffic flow and traffic efficiency in traffic organization documentation, as well as assessing the provision of traffic organization efficiency in decisions provided for in traffic organization documentation within the territories of the subjects of the Russian Federation, within the territories of federal cities Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Sevastopol, and within the territories of municipal formations, identifying and preventing violations by authorized executive bodies of the subjects of the Russian Federation Federations, authorized bodies of the cities of federal significance Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Sevastopol, and local self-government bodies legislation in the field of road traffic organization (lost effect as of 2021-07-01)1.
