Regional State Control (Supervision)
Regional state control (supervision) is carried out by executive authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation1.
Regional state control (supervision) - the subject of regional state control (supervision) in the areas of natural monopolies is the compliance by subjects of natural monopolies with mandatory requirements established by this Federal Law, other federal laws and other normative legal acts of the Russian Federation in the field of regulation of natural monopolies, requirements for setting and (or) application of prices (tariffs) regulated at the level of executive bodies of the subjects of the Russian Federation, including in part determining the reliability, economic justification of expenses and other indicators taken into account when state regulation of prices (tariffs) is carried out, the economic justification of actual expenditure of funds when carrying out regulated types of activities, use of investment resources taken into account when state regulation of prices (tariffs) is carried out, separate accounting of revenues and expenses when carrying out regulated types of activities, correctness of application of state regulated prices (regulation) in the areas of natural monopolies, as well as to compliance with information disclosure standards by subjects of natural monopolies2.
