Electronic document management in the field of labor relations - electronic document management in the field of labor relations (hereinafter referred to as electronic document management) means the creation, signing, use and storage by an employer, employee or a person entering into employment of documents related to work, formatted in electronic form without duplication on paper media (hereinafter referred to as electronic documents), except for cases provided for in this article and articles 22.2 and 22.3 of this Code1.
