Employer Information System

An employer's information system — an information system of the employer that allows for the signing of an electronic document in accordance with the requirements of this Code, storage of the electronic document, as well as recording the fact of its receipt by the parties to the labor relations (hereinafter referred to as the employer's information system)1.
