Transboundary movement of information carriers — in the present article is understood as the commission of actions involving the import into the territory of the Russian Federation and (or) export from the territory of the Russian Federation of machine-readable information carriers (including magnetic and electronic), on which recording and storage of such information has been carried out¹.
